PROCESSING TIME

Most glasses are painted to order and will be shipped within a week. Depending on the size and complexity of your order and my current workflow it could take anywhere from several weeks to months to complete.  If you need your order right away, please contact me before you place your order to be sure it can be completed in time. I do my best to accommodate. If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to contact me.

SHIPPING

My shop offers preset shipping prices and shipping via USPS. If you are ordering multiple glasses or prefer an alternate shipping method CONTACT ME before ordering.

I ship USPS FLAT RATE BOX RATE on all orders that qualify. I automatically add your email so you will receive tracking info. I also check for the package to be left if there is no reply. If that doesn't work for you, please let me know as soon as possible .

Sorry, I do not offer international shipping at this time.     

If you receive an order with a broken glass, please contact me the day of delivery. I will need you to take a photo of the broken glass and all the packaging so I can submit a claim to the shipper. All orders are insured for their value. I will immediately paint another glass free of charge. This has only happened two times in 6 years...  I package the glasses very carefully!

             

I take pride in my final product and strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, please let me know the day of delivery and I will do my best to make it right!
